People who want to lose weight often adopt a high-protein diet. A diet high in proteins helps a person feel satiated for a long time which can lead to eating fewer calories overall. Also all should do yoga regularly at the least for 1 hour. Food timing is a very important factor for weight loss. There should a regular same pattern for all of these. For lunch the correct timing is about 12:30 and should start with salad. During mid-morning we can also eat fruits and vegetables. In night we can eat roti, rice and chappathi and should reduce meat foods. Fish could be used more for
